The hot tub was terribly dirty. The whole bottom covered with sand which tells me it hasnt been cleaned since summer as there is no sand at this time of year in McCall. Several of the jets were not working either. My only other issue was that there is no microwave in the room. Overall Ranking out of 5		Shore Lodge product reviewed:  King Lake View Suite Comments: Seems like there are a lot of things that need to be upgraded, which surprised us. like the carpets, heating/cooling, and of course the lounge and dining area which is in construction now. Our heating didn't work in the first room, and although they sent someone to work on it, it wasn't fixable so we switched rooms. Must say they were very nice to deal with about it. Good employees with a good attitude, which is important. It is such a warm cosy place to come back to, after a day of skiing!
