Description

Enjoy this upscale condo near Payette Lake, Ponderosa State Park, McCall Golf Course and downtown McCall. This property features two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a king bed in each room. There is a double/single bunk bed in the third bedroom and a futon in the loft. This unit also features a full kitchen, living & dining room with high end furnishings, gas fireplace, garage, laundry, wireless internet and 4 TV's w/cable and DVD.

Unit 01 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
