Description

Great location for skiers! The Sawtooth complex is located approximately 1 1/2 blocks from the Warm Springs lifts, making this comfortable condo ideal for winter vacationers. Located on the second floor, this 1400 square foot unit has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a full private bath, king sized bed, television and balcony access. The second guest room also has a private bath and king sized bed and the third bedroom has a king and use of a third full bath in the hall nearby.

A gas fireplace, entertainment center, inviting seating and balcony compliment the sunny shared living area. The fully equipped kitchen has been updated and is open to the living area and the dining room table seats 5 guests. Guests may use the on site hot tub which is open year round. To help maintain the beauty of this property, smoking is not allowed

Unit 34 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $50 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. Does not accept Discover. $50.00 cancel fee at anytime. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
