This fee will cover accidental damages to the home up to $2000.00. If the damage exceeds $2000.00, the guest understands and agrees they are responsible for the balance over this set amount. Please report any damage you may find as you will be responsible for any damage that have not been reported prior to your arrival. ADW does not cover intentional damage, abuse, theft, excessive cleaning or pest infestation caused by a guest. The ADW is non-refundable even if the reservation is cancelled.

There is a one time $45 pet fee, per pet on all reservations. If guests have more than 1 pet, you must get approval from property management.

Description

Nestled in the trees, this townhome offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, full kitchen, private hot tub, washer/dryer and a one car garage. It is beautifully furnished and a great rental for singles or a family with kids. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twins. There is a large sectional sofa in the living room along with Satellite TV.

Unit C General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:

Studio condos require a 1nt deposit at time of booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If xcled outside of 45 days prior guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. 1, 2 and 3 Bdrm condos will be charged a 1nt deposit + $39 ADW fee at booking. If xcled outside of 45 days prior, guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee & $39 ADW fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. For all other homes & townhomes, guest will be charged a $200 deposit plus non-refundable ADW fee when the reservation is confirmed. Final balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties, except the ADW damage fee. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are considered 100% non-refundable with no grace period. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning: Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning. Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
