Ground Floor Unit
This studio overlooks Payette Lake and is close to Ponderosa Stae Park and downtown McCall.

This studio offers a murphy bed and a queen size hide-a-bed, with a divider between the sleeping areas. This unit also features a full kitchen, private deck w/lake views, cable TV w/DVD, shared dock access, lake & beach access, outdoor seasonal pool access and a coin-op laundry room onsite. Beach and dock privileges. NO assigned boat slips.

"Mattresses need some attention. The couch air mattress didn't hold air and the Murphy bed mattress was *very* old. Loved being right on ground level with the pool! Overall, we had a TERRIFIC time!" David, BOISE, Idaho. 4 out of 5

Unit A-12 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
