This spacious 1510 sq foot condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep 8 people. This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, 1 car garage, wood fireplace, high speed internet, jetted tub, private patio with lake views and cable TV w/DVD. All units have access to the lake & beach, large grassy area w/picnic tables, playground & shared BBQ and shared dock access.

Unit 04 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
