2 Story Unit
This two story unit is rated an 'A' by the management company. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom on the second level and on the main level there is a queen size bed in the guest bedroom and a queen futon in the loft area. There is a bathroom on each level. This unit offers a full kitchen, 1 car garage, gas fireplace, patio, laundry and new 48" flat scree TV in the living room with Cable w/DVD/Blu-Ray player plus a new 32" flat screen TV in the master bedroom. There is also still a VCR with a selection of kids movies available.

"Unit 126 in the Aspen Village was well furnished. -It did have a strong odor (mold/rotten food or something). That made our stay a little uncomfortable. We were looking for a hotel/motel for the weekend, but everything in McCall was booked full, so we settled for a condo. (this was more than we had planned on paying for lodging for the weekend. -considering we were not needing the extra bedroom, bathroom, or kitchen space). :) It was nice and quiet. Unit 126 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke. No refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. If you do not return your key to the office there will be a $25.00 fee per key. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
