Description

This two bedroom plus loft, 1 bathroom condo is located in the heart of it all. Enjoy access to the Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor pool, indoor hot tub and work out facility. This condo is within walking distance to downtown McCall and the complex borders the McCall Golf Course. Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park are less than a half mile away. There is a queen bedroom downstairs with a separate bathroom. Upstairs is the loft with a twin trundle bed. The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen bedroom. Other amenities include flat screen TV w/DVD player and internet access.

Unit 156 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
