Description

This 2 story corner unit offers sweeping views of the Elkhorn area and mountains and hills off to the East and South. This beautifully decorated penthouse condo is located on the bus line, across the street from the Elkhorn Village pool and outdoor hot tubs, as well as all the tennis courts. This is the perfect place for your Sun Valley vacation, whether it is winter or summer. The main floor of the condo has a large 2 story living area with a gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows, access to 2 balconies with wonderful seating areas and gas BBQ. The dining area is open to the living room and kitchen, it will comfortably seat 8 people. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, commercial appliances, bar seating for 4 people, plus a delightful breakfast nook with seating for 4. The breakfast area has a coffee bar and desk area, perfect for working away from home. Near the living area is a cozy bunk room, with 3 sets of built in bunk beds, perfect for the younger ones in your group. Upstairs are 2 master suites both with king beds, en suite baths with separate showers and jetted tubs. One of the master bedrooms also has a private balcony with seating. There is a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer. This property has underground parking, with secured elevator access and areas to store your bikes.

Unit 106 - #13 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
