Description

Enjoy a perfect getaway in this cozy condo! In this condo you can enjoy the warmth from the wood stove and a jetted tub. This condo offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It has Cable TV w/DVD player, gas BBQ, laundry, wireless internet and garage access. During the summer you can enjoy the fire pit.

This complex is ideally situated just minutes from Payette Lake, McCall Golf Course, Ponderosa State Park and downtown McCall. In the summer, guests have access to the swimming pool and tennis courts.

Unit 015 - Aspen Retreat General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$100.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. A Rental deposit, which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost, is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If making your reservation within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival you forfeit the full amount of the reservation. There is no refund of rent for an early departure. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
