This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Big Wood Condominium has one of the best views of Bald Mountain in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area! The main living area has a table that seats six, an open seating area with flat screen TV and DVD player, gas fireplace and a stunning view of the 7th Fairway of the Big Wood Golf Course and Baldy out the patio door that leads to the large deck with gas BBQ.
The master bedroom is located on the main level with a custom King log bed, flat screen TV and private patio access. The second bedroom is located in the Loft with a Double bed and a bunk bed with a Double on the bottom and Twin on the top along with one full bathroom including private cedar sauna.
This unit also features a carport to keep your vehicle out of the weather and high speed wireless internet. It is located walking distance to downtown Ketchum, Baldy hiking trails, the YMCA and local bike paths.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $50 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. Does not accept Discover. $50.00 cancel fee at anytime. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes
removed without notification to us.
