This Aspen Village condo sits in a perfect location for this complex, backing up to a nicely landscaped greenbelt and across from the outdoor pool. This 2nd floor unit is a 3 bedroom condo plus a loft, with plenty of privacy. Walk to the pool, the tennis courts and The Sports Club or grab your golf clubs as the McCall Golf Course is just around the corner.

This unit is just across the hall from Aspen Village #18F. Great option for larger groups looking to be close together.

Unit 020F General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
