This lovely penthouse suite offers amazing Payette Lake & Brundage Mountain Views. Come stay at this amazing condo in the heart of Downtown McCall, just 2 blocks from Payette Lake with amazing unobstructed views of both the Lake and the nearby mountains from the living room and balconies. This unit offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and will sleep 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the extra large closet in the master bedroom has twin bunkbeds housed in it. The closet has a window. Making it perfect for family with kids! The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer queen beds. Guests will enjoy the A/C, internet access, gas fireplace, jetted tub and flat screen HDTV w/Satellite. This condo is in a secured building with off-street parking and an elevator to the unit floor.

Suite 303 (#2) General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$100.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. A Rental deposit, which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost, is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If making your reservation within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival you forfeit the full amount of the reservation. There is no refund of rent for an early departure. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
