2nd Floor Unit -
This beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will sleep 7 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with a jetted tub in the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a set of double/twin bunks. Located in downtown McCall, this unit is walking distance to Payette Lake, shopping and restaurants. The deck faces the lakeside of the building.

"Everything we hoped for and more. Lots of space and very comfortable. The best part is the location right downtown with everything (but the Pancake House:)within walking distance. minor issues were the blu ray player would not play some of the DVD's we brought, we had trouble with the double door locks, and coffee pot is provided but no complimentary coffee like you usually get at these places. Suite 201 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
