Description

This Indian Springs Condo has a first floor entry and is Silver rated, two-bedroom plus loft condominium that is pet friendly! The Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn directly across from the Village Center. This unit comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities. On the entry level you'll find the living, dining and kitchen area with vaulted ceiling open to the loft above. There is a wonderful expanded deck off the living room that overlooks a stream that goes into a small pond with ample seating for entertaining. The living room has high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows facing the pond. There is a gas fireplace, 42"flat panel TV/DVD/CD system in the living area, dining area that seats four. The first bedroom is also located on this level and has a King bed, just off the bedroom is a hall bath with an oversize stone tiled shower with sliding glass door. Upstairs is the second bedroom with King Bed, and a hall access bath. Down the hallway you'll find the loft area that has two twin beds overlooking the living area and the hall closet has a stackable washer and dryer.
This unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. There is great light in the living area and the condo has approximately 1100 square feet and complex offers free outdoor parking. There are lockers at the base of the Mountain to store your skis and boots so you can hop on the free shuttle bus across the street from the complex. You can access the bike path which runs thru the Village area and will get you to the bigger path that runs north and south of Ketchum along the Big Wood River with great scenery to take in as you ride or walk. The Village path will get you over to Sun Valley Village too for shopping and dining. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and to go grocery shopping when you get here. Please bring a hair dryer as most of our condos do not have them. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well.

Unit 2410 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
