Description

This single story townhome has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep 6 people. The master bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. The living room and dining areas have great views of the Grand Tetons with a private deck. Mature landscaping in a forest-like setting with a creek just feet from the home add to the ambiance. There is Satellite TV w/DVD & VCR and comfortable furnishings with a gas fireplace to ensure comfort and warmth on those cold winter nights. There is also a full kitchen, dining room that seats 6 people, DSL internet and 1 car garage.

Unit 16 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
We require a deposit at the time of booking of a one night stay plus tax. If you cancel outside of 30 days, we refund the initial advance deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We do process FULL payment 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days and before 14 days, we refund the FULL amount less the initial advance deposit. In the unlikely event you need to cancel within 14 days, you forfeit the entire amount.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
