Description

This one bedroom suite has the signature balcony of the Boise Guest House, our favorite suite in the facility. The French doors open onto a beautiful balcony (6x15 ft) with a view of the Idaho State Capitol Building. Appointed tastefully with contemporary furnishings, cable with flat screen TV, clock radio with iPod plug in, hairdryer, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, and comfortable seating area with a large coffee table and extra chairs. The breakfast nook doubles as a workspace for a laptop. Our generous bedroom is fitted with a queen bed with high quality linens and down comforters.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Full payment 2 weeks prior. Any cancellations within a two week period of guests arrival will be subject to a charge of 50% of your prepaid stay. All stays require a 100% prepay and refunds are only given in the event that we cannot accommodate a future stay at the Boise Guest House. Booking out months in advance, we require a two week cancellation notice. Accepts: Amex, Visa & MasterCard.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
