This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.

This fully updated one-bedroom 700sq foot condo is perfect for a couple or single traveler looking for quality accommodations. Located on the second floor, this one level unit has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space and a dining area that will seat up to four guests. The living room has comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace and an entertainment center. Sliding glass doors lead to a small balcony with mountain views.
The bedroom has a queen bed with an additional television. The unit has a full bathroom with two sinks and a shower/bathtub combination and there is a stackable washer/dryer in one of the hall closets nearby. Wireless high speed internet is included as well as guest use of Elkhorn amenities including tennis, year-round hot tub and seasonal pool. There is also an on-site seasonal pool in the complex.

Unit 4136 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
