Description

Private Hot Tub
This luxury condo has a filtered Lakeview from both of its two decks, one off the Master bedroom and one off the Living room. There are patio furnishings to relax in while you take in the scenery as well as a BBQ. If you are spending time inside you can watch one of the four beautiful flat screen TV's located in 3 of the Bedrooms and Living room. This townhome has air conditioning. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King bed. The other upstairs bedroom has a Queen. There are two bedrooms downstairs: one with a Queen bed and the other has a set of Double bunk beds and 2 futon couches that convert to sleep up to 2 guests each. This home also features a private hot tub and jetted tub in the master bathroom. Please note: Bedroom 4 downstairs does not have a closet.

Unit 1407 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
