Recently remodeled adorable condo on Saddle with spectacular views Adorable nicely furnished remodeled two-bed room, 2 bath condo located on the Saddle between Ketchum and Sun Valley. This condo is on the second floor and is two levels. The living, dining, kitchen and master bedroom are located on the second level and the guest bedroom is on third level.
The master has a queen with its own bath and the guest has twins, which are bridgeable with its own bath. There are 2 TV's, 1 DVD, 2 VCR's, stereo, CD, Propane BBQ, wood burning stove, W/D and a pleasant deck with spectacular views of Baldy. This is a smoke free property and sorry, pets are not welcomed.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
