This two level unit overlooks the Tennis Courts and is close to the swimming pool. It offers a full kitchen, 1 car garage, laundry, woodstove and it is very nicely furnished. There is a TV/DVD/VCR located in the loft.

"This is a nice unit overall, with a recently remodeled kitchen. But the owners could do more to make it hospitable for renters. The TV is up in the loft which is fine except it wasn't hooked into the local cable TV system (nice for weather etc.). We were short on some provisions: toilet paper, dish washer detergent, and garbage bags - these should have been supplied in sufficient quantity for our weekend stay. Also there was no firewood which in our past experience at Aspen Village is usually supplied by the owner/rental agency. A complaint about Aspen Village is that the health club is not open on Sunday evenings which is a bummer for those spending 3 day weekends in McCall. It would have been nice to soak in the hot tub after our long day of skiing at McCall (but we are glad the club has been rebuilt!). Also the club does not supply towels which is not indicated in the unit (so renters are forced to take bath towels over to the pool). "Aspen Village is the perfect place for a family, as it offers so much to do for everyone. It is a comfortable walk into town, although this time we brought bikes & it was even better! We daily used the pool, tennis, fitness center, hot tub once or twice, and Ponderosa state park is like a mile down the road. Comfortable condo w/ full kitchen & 2 baths- all clean & spacious. Unit 041 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$50 cancellation fee if you cancel at any time. Your credit card will secure your reservation with a non-refundable 25% deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 30 days before you check in and is non refundable. You will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and or missing inventory, up to and above your deposit. If it there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed. (The rental agreement that you sign states the number of people allowed for the unit). Also if it is determined that a pet or smoking was in the rental unit, your credit card will be charged for the cost to remove all evidence of pets or smoke. No refunds for late arrivals and/or early departures. A major credit card is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. If you do not return your key to the office there will be a $25.00 fee per key. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay. Additionally, items such as Internet and television service is sometimes removed without notification to us.
