Description

This stylish, three-level condominium is a private corner unit that was remodeled in the fall of 2005 to include many special features including high speed internet access. The spacious slate entry provides seating for boot/shoe removal and storage for skis and all your outdoor gear. The kitchen and powder room boast new granite countertops, slate floors, and refinished cabinets. The kitchen features many upgrades including all new appliances. The open living area provides a new entertainment center and media equipment and all bedrooms have new décor.
Vaulted ceilings on the main-level create a light, airy ambiance in the open living/dining area, kitchen, breakfast bar and breakfast nook. The living area offers a wood-burning fireplace and entertainment center with a 32"TV, DVD/CD player and surround-sound speakers. Enjoy views of the surrounding foothills from the deck, adjacent to the living area. Patio seating and a gas BBQ provide a relaxing outdoor eating area.
The master bedroom features an en-suite bath, garden-level covered deck, and 27"TV with DVD/VCR player. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on the lower-level and share a full bath. The upper-level loft, accessed via stairs from the living area, is furnished as a fourth guest bedroom with twin beds.
This unit does provide access to Elkhorn amenities in addition to complex amenities.

Special note: This unit also features several child-friendly amenities including updated interior railing, electrical outlet covers, baby gate and step stool for those hard to reach areas.

This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.

Unit 2733 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
