Description

2 Story Condo
This condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and sleep 8 people. All of the bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed and private bathroom with stall shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a double bed. They share a full bathroom in the hallway that has a tub and shower.

The downstairs is a spacious great room with a fully equipped kitchen, large living room with a sofa sleeper, gas stove, two comfy leather bean bag chairs, cable TV w/DVD, dining table with 5 chairs and kitchen counter with 2 stools. There is also a small powder room on the main floor. The covered patio on the south end of the condo has golf course views.

Unit E General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
