"I have stayed there before for my time share before and that unit for my time share was better equipped. The outside light did not work in the unit and it made it hazardous going up and down icy stairs with no light. There were no measuring cups so it made it hard to cook. And the temperature was about 40 something we got there and we arrived late so it was cold for a while. " Keith

Unit 030 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:

50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning: Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning. Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
