Description

This upper floor condo is located close to town, Davis Beach and the McCall Golf Course. Features a seasonal Pool and tennis court. The master has a queen size bed with a private bath, bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a peek a boo view of the lake from the patio. Amenities include a barbeque, wifi, and satellite tv.

"Pinewinds unit 11 was very comfortable for four people. It was quiet and relaxing and very near Ponderosa State Park wherex the WMC 2008 was being held, our reason for being in McCall." Mary 4 out of 5

"It was hard to find. It would have been nice to know that you could park in front of the Garage to get into the room. The numbers were hard to see being that they are pretty much the same color as the building with no reflector on them. The suite was nice and clean. Although we miss placed a cell phone and looked in so many places, you could tell house keeping had not been in quite some time. Unit 11 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
$100.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. A Rental deposit, which is equal to 50% of the total rental cost, is due at the time of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your stay. If making your reservation within 30 days of your stay, the full amount is due at the time of making the reservation. There is a 5% administrative fee if you cancel your reservation in whole or part. If you cancel within 60 days prior to arrival you forfeit the full amount of the reservation. There is no refund of rent for an early departure. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
