Unit 603 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
There is a 50% deposit due at booking and balance is automatically charged 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days the deposit is refundable less a $50.00 processing fee. If cancellation should occur within 45 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. A damage deposit is required. 4.5% travel insurance is charged to balance. Only Visa or MasterCard are taken at this time. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.
While we understand that our customers often choose a property
based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
