CSA Damage Fee

This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.

Description
This 2,083sq foot condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and wonderful views of the Elkhorn Golf Course from both decks. The master bedroom has a kng bed and a wood-burning fireplace It has his & hers sinks, jacuzzi, tub and sauna. The second guest room has a queen bed, and the other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be bridged into a king. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room. The 2 guest rooms share a full bathroom, plus there is a powder room.
This large, fully appointed unit includes 4 TV’s, stereo, full kitchen, washer/dryer and second fireplace shared by the living and dining room area. Guests have access to the complex hot tub, plus use of Elkhorn Center amenities, as well as single underground parking space with an elevator to this first floor unit.
There is a 7 night minimum stay required during Christmas, New Years & President’s holidays.

Unit 2816 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
