Rated. Also called Wood River Drive 467A on HC website.
Located in the heart of Ketchum, this sophisticated and contemporary tri-level townhome is situated in a quiet neighborhood one block from the Bigwood River, just minutes from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Elegance abounds with designer touches that feature antique rugs, excellent furnishings, unique and tasteful art pieces, and chic wall treatments and bedding. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with living, dining, and kitchen areas and the master bedroom suite. The great room boasts large floor to ceiling windows facing Bald Mountain (fabulous views), a gas ignited wood burning fireplace, Flat Screen HDTV, DVD/CD surround sound system, deck, formal dining area that seats 8, and additional seating for 2 at the granite breakfast bar. The kitchen has top of the line appliances including, Subzero, double ovens and a Thermador 6 burner gas range and a powder room on the same level. The huge Master bedroom suite on this same level offers a King bed, whirlpool tub, steam shower, walk-in closet, and his and her sinks.

The wrought iron stairway continues you to the third level loft bedroom with two log-framed bunk beds and its own en-suite full bath. Located on the ground level are the two guest bedrooms. The private hot tub and courtyard can be accessed from both of these rooms. The first guestroom has a king size bed, and the second has two twins. Both are spacious, comfortable, beautifully appointed and have their own en-suite full bathrooms. On this ground level there is also a laundry/mud room with a washer/dryer and access to the heated 2 car garage with automatic opener.

This Central Park townhome is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV with DVD players and the unit does have A/C. This luxury home has 3.5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10, it is ideal for a large family or group. The area offers a free shuttle that picks up about 4-5 blocks away from the condo which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.

To help maintain this home, smoking and pets are not permitted.

Unit 467 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
