"This condo has everything you need. It was a perfect place to be on Christmas. It even had a little tree to place our gifts around. The view of the river was so peaceful I truly enjoyed sitting in the living room watching the river ramble by as the snow gently fell. This was a great place for our family of four to spend the off time between our ski/snowboarding trips. The skiing was so good this trip we didn’t take time to do much else We did enjoyed a delicious Christmas dinner at Steamers. The food was great and the service was fabulous. "Very nice condos next to river. Very relaxing. Overall--very pleased. Unit B-19 Pros: Nice layout, nice furnishings and decor. Cons: Stereo in dining area didn't work properly. "Had a nice stay in condo B-19. There were six of us and it was comfortable with having the three bathrooms. We didn't cook much, but there seemed to be everything needed in the kitchen to do so. Beautiful view by the water. Woke up one morning to see a deer sitting by the river. Did use the dryer once to dry some wet clothes after being in the snow, so that was convenient to have. Unit B-19 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
