Unit 3 is a summer rental ONLY.

This spacious 1510 sq foot condo offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will sleep 8 people. This unit features a full kitchen, laundry, wood fireplace, jetted tub, private patio with lake views and cable TV w/DVD. All units have access to the lake & beach, large grassy area w/picnic tables, playground & shared BBQ.

This unit is a summer only rental and closes after Labor Day until the following summer. NO fall/winter rentals.

Lower Level Unit. Please note Unit 3 does not have Internet, garage access or a boat slip for the dock.

"We love mill park condos for their ease of use on the lake and the park and beach. We felt like charging the same amount for a smaller condo on the ground floor was not fair. We have usually rented a condo with two levels and there is so much more room for the same price. We were a little disappointed with that. This condo could use some updating in the kitchen and the carpets. But we did have a great time and will come back to mill park condos! InIdaho Ed. Unit 03 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:

$50.00 bookkeeping fee if cancelled anytime per unit. 25% Deposit is due at the time of booking. If cancelled 30-14 days prior to arrival the first night's lodging and a $50.00 processing fee is non-refundable. Final payment due 14 days prior to arrival, if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival full balance is forfeited. When booking 9 months or more in advance, if the reservation is cancelled the first night's lodging and $50.00 processing fee are non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning: Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning. Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
