Description
Newly purchased and totally redecorated in the current "mountain lodge" style we associate with Sun Valley's best properties, this three-year-old free-standing home was built to the requirements of today's ski travellers. Each bedroom has its own full bath, and the living areas are placed on the upper level to take advantage of the light and views. Pine doors and furnishings are complemented by polished distressed-hickory floors with colorful area rugs. The high gloss pine slab dining table, to seat eight, was constructed especially for the home. The surround-sound stereo system is piped to both the hot tub deck and the Baldy-facing summer dining deck. The comforts and amenities of the home are enhanced by the proximity of the Prospector Club, offering a nice swimming pool, four tennis courts, wading pool and youth clubhouse. This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.

Unit 237 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities Pets:
Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with
notice to InIdaho at time of reservation. Pets may require an
additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units. Undeclared
pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without
refund.
Air conditioning: Most vacation
rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning. Even
on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures
so air conditioning is not the "norm". If air conditioning is not
listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.
Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days,
and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are
not guaranteed. Please note that amenities such as hot tubs
and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.

based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds
based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
