Valet Vacation Rentals General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or
packages. Please check individual listings too.
Studio condos require a 1nt deposit at time of booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If xcled outside of 45 days prior guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. 1, 2 and 3 Bdrm condos will be charged a 1nt deposit + $39 ADW fee at booking. If xcled outside of 45 days prior, guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee & $39 ADW fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. For all other homes & townhomes, guest will be charged a $200 deposit plus non-refundable ADW fee when the reservation is confirmed. Final balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties, except the ADW damage fee. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are considered 100% non-refundable with no grace period.
