Lakeside Vacation Rentals General Cancellation Policy:
Policy may not apply to all listings or special promotions or packages. Please check individual listings too.

25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.

What is provided at Check In?
The property management will supply the unit with soap, laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper and garbage bags.(Subject to change without notice)
