This cute, updated condo in Aspen Village is a 2 level, first floor entry able to accommodate up to 10 guests in 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a set of bunk beds in the office area. The unit is in a great location as it backs up to the McCall Golf Course.
The kitchen has been remodeled with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is breakfast bar seating for 3 and an adjacent dining area with seating for 8. The open concept living area is great for entertaining with a gas fireplace and cable TV as well as a walk-out to a private patio with golf course views.
All the bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a King bed, second bedroom has a Queen and the third bedroom has 2 Twin beds. There is also a bonus room with TV and an office area and second floor private balcony looking out onto the golf course.
Guest of this unit will also enjoy access to Clubhouse Amenities including indoor pool, outdoor seasonal pool, indoor hot tub, tennis courts, basketball and racquetball courts.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
50% deposit due at the time of booking, final balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. Prior to 60 days you will be charged a $100.00 or 5% whichever is greater cancellation fee. Any changes prior to 60 days will be charged a $50.00 change fee. Cancellation of any portion of the reservation 15-60 days prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of deposit for the nights cancelled. 14 days prior, guest is responsible for full balance of reservation, regardless of cancellation. (May vary with specials & packages)
