Crystal Beach B54 is an upstairs corner unit so you can enjoy gorgeous views of Payette Lake and Brundage. Crystal Beach is an easy walk to downtown.

The unit is 3 bedrooms plus an office. Each room has a queen bed and the office has a blow up mattress suitable for children. There is also a deck, full kitchen and living room.

"We have stayed here before because of it's lakeside location, pool, sandy beaches, immaculate grounds, very good outdoor grills and quietness. It is right in town, but out of the main hubbub, so ideal for us. We are able to walk most any place we wish to go, but biking and hiking is near." Londa 5 out of 5

Unit B-54 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
