Description

Upstairs Unit.
This remodeled condo offers 3.5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleep 9ppl. The master bedroom has a queen bed, TV with DVD/VCR combo and attached master bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an adjacent full bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with seating for 9 guests. The living room has cable TV w/DVD player and wood burning stove. Upstairs is the loft area with bedding and TV w/DVD combo, along with the 3rd bedroom. This unit also offers a garage, patio and laundry.

This unit is just across the hall from Aspen Village #20F. This is a great option for larger groups looking to be close together.

"All of my ratings above would go up a level to Yes and Excellent if air conditioning was in Unit 143. I was thankful to speak to a representative the day before who took the initiative to warn us of the lack of air conditioning. We brought fans and used them constantly. Also free internet was expected but we lived w/o it. Otherwise, the accommodation was perfect for 4. Nicely furnished, very nice to have washer/ dryer. We had originally booked 018F, but when the paperwork was returned, we failed to see that we were charged for and assigned Unit 143 which is much smaller. "Absolutely wonderful! Will definatley stay again! Beautiful and spacious for all of us to spread out. The only complaint would be the beds. Both the queen room beds are super squeaky and springy, and the futon upstairs doesn't even have a mattress. It had a big blanket to sleep on, so it was basically sleeping on a metal crate. Unit 018F General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% of the total reservation is due when the reservation is made. If the reservation is cancelled at any time you will forfeit the 25% deposit and a $50 book keeping fee. If you cancel 30 days or less prior to arrival there is no refund and the entire reservation amount will be charged. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Deposit & balance will be processed automatically and please note that the management company does not take American Express at this time.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
