It was frustrating that the athletic club was closed on New Year's Day since we counted on using it. It's super clean, great beds and very much has the that "home like" feel. King bed and private bath in the master bedroom and queen bed in the other room. So very comfortable for 4 adults and the loft would be fine for older kids. The 3rd room with twin beds is in a loft that requires you climb a ladder and no light switch nearby. One of our family had to get up in the middle of the night and almost fell, so they continued the rest of the night on the couch.
