Comments: I just want to send a great big Thank You out to Emily! I used this site 2 years ago to book a room while attending a family reunion at Upper Lake. When was checking on rooms for the reunion this year I was dissapointed to find that what I was looking for was not available so I booked another location online. Emily called to tell me that the place I requested was booked in the mean time and asked if she could assist me. I advised her that I would really like to stay @ Brundage Inn in room 104 since I was familiar with that rooms layout and knew that it would fit our needs perfectly. She asked if she could call me back and when she did she stated that the room I was interested in was available and she would be happy to place the reservation. We had a great vacation! Thanks!!!
