We had reservations for Unit 4005 but once we got there, they put us into another condo without notifying us or telling us why. I am not sure what the differences are in the two condos but an explanation of why our confirmed reservations were changed should have been given to us. The condo we were in was very nice but it is not very business-like to change a reservation without notifying the customer. I would like a response regarding this matter please.
