Comments: MAJOR PROBLEM: My reservation with InIdaho was made including the children. I was never notified of the addional cost of cribs and highchairs. Just before we travelled, I noticed that the paperwork from the resort hadn't noted any children. I called them to rectify this, did leave a message as to our needs, they were scheduled to be in the office the next day, but never did get a call back. When we arrived, there were no cribs or highchairs. I called the after hours number immediately, but didn't get a call back for some hours. To their credit, they did get cribs in for me that night, after the babies had gone to sleep, as well as one high chair, and the 2nd chair came the next day. I was NEVER apprized of the addional charge, and this caused stress and tension.
