Comments: Cindy was very nice to work with. She asked me what we were looking for and made suggestions when I wasn't sure what was available. She presented several options and emailed them to me so I could review. When she had questions, she emailed them and was able to finalize everything very quickly. She wasn't trying to "sell" me on any one accomodation, which made me feel comfortable choosing what I really wanted.
