I have only one concern. I made the arrangements using your chat feature, but I was nervous about passing my credit card information over it. These days virtually all web sites doing commerce use "secure sockets layer" (SSL) to protect vital information using encryption. I was nervous just passing this info over the internet unencrypted. I had earlier tried calling on the phone, but just got voice mail, so that is why I used chat. You should implement technology to make the chat secure, or else have customers register on a secure web page. InIdaho Ed. Note: Our chat system does use SSL for security. You do not see a "lock" symbol because it is a pop up window. You can right click on the chat window to see that it is secure. |
