The Murphy bed sinks to the center and we ended up using the couch mattress on the floor. Screen door needs repair. The unit was nice and clean and we loved being right on the lake with the lake view. Complex is kept up nicely. Overall Ranking out of 5		Timberlake Condo product reviewed:  Unit A-06 Comments: In general: Beautiful location, better than a motel (for the price) The units above our condo were a time share and the occupants (5 children and 3-5 adults) were inconsiderately noisy (before 8AM, lasting past 11PM, jumping off furniture onto the floor, etc. Our reservations were during late September, so we were surprised the children were not in school during weekdays. Nice views, kitchen well supplied so I know next time, just bring the food & spices & your literally all set like home,literally. My 1st time on a 'murphy bed, kind of cool but felt the springs & we are 175/145 lbs. The TV should be replaced with a 40 inch to the right of bookshelf in place of the picture or you can just bring your binoculars for the 17 or so. Despite that, I can't complain, just saying what i'd do for my guests if it was mine.If you like to snuggle side by side laying on couch, forget it. Very clean. Gas fireplace was nice. Overall, easy to walk to downtown less than half mile. Will definately consider again for summer so if your looking, its worth it. Perfect for the two of us. I expected one bedroom but the bed I pulled out of the wall and two couch's that pulled out for beds were very comfortable for sleeping. Our only complaint was that the Murphy bed mattress was very poor in unit B8. The rest of the unit was what we expected. Bed sheets did not look like they had been changed. Dirt and debis laying on the mattress and on the floor. Bathroom towels and face clothes had red dye coming off of them. Bad smell in the unit.
