Our only problem was that managment company gave us the wrong key and did not return our calls. We had a garage for fixing any problems, a hot tub to soak in and facilities to cook. We had trouble making dinner - roaster pan would not fix (had to put in oven sideways at an angle). Stove cooktop is ceramic (only two burners) and doesn't heat very efficiently.
